Photo Exercise - Post to Blog by October 28th

Sums Up So Much.

Blog PHOTO Exercise:

The absence of you: In one photo sum up a significant aspect of yourself without being physically present in the frame at all.   Just one piece that tells us something new about you. Something we didn't know before...or just didn't close enough to see.

It can be concrete:
Is there a spatial sanctuary in your home or yard that is very personal to you – somewhere that you can take a few moments for meditation, introspection, or escape?

Does your desk, your vanity, your closet, or your kitchen represent you?

Is there a collection of sentimental items, books, or some other objects that you could gather to convey something of yourself to an outside viewer?

Or it can be abstract:
Is there a color that represents your personality?

Something in your world that you see and think is beautiful, but no one ever notices?

A sound that represents how your mind works?  (must be a sound your record, not a piece of music or anything that is pre-recorded)

A word you cannot stand and image that represents how that word makes you feel.

It's a pretty open exercise assignment.

Think about what’s important to you – the values, personal characteristics, experiences, interests, and obligations that sum up who you are.

How can you portray that in one image?
